Liza loves live drawing events, be they political, frivolous or somewhere in between. Last night, she drew the Golden Globes, and immediately tweeted out the drawings, sharing in the fun with her twitter stream. She does these sketches within a minute and doesn’t prepare ahead of time at all–it’s about the immediate reaction, the impression, the sense of what’s going on. Her “caricatures” are not so much that, but rather they are her visual response to what she is seeing.  Enjoy the slide show below !
